Viral Travels should receive all correspondence regarding tours and travel services.
Payments:
For any services contracted, you need to give advance payment to have a reservation on a confirmation basis. Also, you need to pay the remaining balance before the beginning of the services. Either before or after your arrival in India is OK. Based on the kind of service being provided to you and the amount of time until the service starts, our management team has the authority to determine the amount to be paid in advance.
Apart from the above mentioned things, some circumstances, like specific rail travel or bookings made for a hotel or resort during the high season, may need full payment in advance.
Payment method:
The payment method for the bookings of packages is through cash only. You can visit our respective Viral Yatra centers for booking and payment. In any case, you are out of India and cannot make the payment in cash. You can call us for a booking and complete the payment after arriving here.
Policy on cancellations:
If a user wants to cancel tour or travel service needs for preventable or unavoidable reasons, they need to inform us in writing.
Our commitments and limitations
The terms and conditions under which we provide our services by the hotels, airlines, carriers, railways, and contractors for which we only operate as an agent apply to all exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by Viral Yatra.
Viral Yatra determines the prices for the packages as per the current rates that we have negotiated with the hotels and airlines. The pricing is subject to change by hotels and airlines without prior notice. If such changes occur, we reserve the right to modify the rates previously mentioned following any modifications made by hotels or airlines.
It will not be held liable for any program delays, changes, or costs resulting directly or indirectly from adverse events like weather, illness, landslides, political restrictions, or other unexpected occurrences.
Regarding any hotel, transportation, or other services, we shall not be liable for any harm to persons, property, or other things resulting directly or indirectly from any act of God, dangers, fire, or other things, as these are beyond our control.
We don’t have any insurance that would pay for costs related to mishaps, illnesses, theft-related losses, or other reasons. At all times, the client assumes all risk for their belongings, including luggage.
