Departure From Respective Location To Manali.

Manali Local Sightseeing. Visit – Hadimba temple, Mall Road, and Old Manali Cafe.
Day 2
Solang Valley & Atul Tunnel. Visit – Snow activities (self-paid).
Day 3
Kullu Valley. Visit – kullu sightseeing or evening
depart to Delhi (overnight journey)
Day 4
Morning Arrival At Respective Location.
Detailed Itinerary
Day 0: Depart From Respective Location To Manali
- Delhi Reporting time:- 4:00 PM
- Departure time:- 6:00 PM.
- Chandigarh/Delhi Pickup timing is 11:00 PM.
- Reach Manali by the next morning 11 AM-1 PM.
- Transportation will be by Traveler.
Day 1 : Manali Local Sightseeing
- Reach Manali by 11AM-1PM.
- Check in to the Hotel. Take some rest (2-3Hrs).
- Then proceed for sightseeing. Hadimba Devi Temple, Vashisht Hot Springs, Tibetans Monastery, and Club House, travelers will be waiting for you at the Metal Bridge near Mall Road.
- Dinner is followed by a briefing for the next day & overnight sleep.
- MEAL: Dinner
Day 2: Solang Valley & Atal Tunnel
- Wake up and get fresh.
- After Breakfast, we will proceed to Solang Valley, Atal, and sissu valley.
- After a full day of fun at Solang Valley proceeds on the journey back to the hotel.
- Have a delicious Dinner.
- Overnight stay at Manali Hotel.
- MEALS: Breakfast and Dinner.
Day 3: Kullu Activity Day & Departure
- Wake up and have a delicious breakfast, Check out at 10 am.
- After that visit to cover the Kullu paragliding point, Kullu Shawl Factory, rafting point, and Kullu Vaishno Temple. Evening departs for Delhi.
- MEALS: Breakfast.
Day 4: Morning Arrival At Respective Location.

- Any Airfare, Train fare, Overland Journey which is not mentioned in the Itinerary.
- Adventure activities i.e rafting, paragliding, snow skiing.
- Any personal nature items like Laundry, bar bills, table bills, camera fee, tips or any other item.
- Room Heater in Hotel.
- Any Medical /rescue evacuation due to mishaps.
- Any other things that are not included in the “Package Cost Includes” Column.
- Personal Expenses such as Laundry,Luggage charge, Telephone Calls, Camera fee, Mineral Water,Soft&Hard Drinks, Adventure Activities.
- Any cost Arising Due to natural calamities like : Landslides, Road Blockage Political Disturbances etc.

Please Note That Our Prices Are Fixed and No Further Discounts Will Be Given. Booking Amount is Rs.2000/- Per Person.

- 1. If Any where will found any Police beriket due to heavy snow or other than our vehicle Won't go Ahead.

- 3. Fixed price assurance saves you from the unnecessary loop of negotiations. you get the best deal upfront, right away.
- 4. RESPECT FEMALE CO PASSENGERS :: ANY MISBEHAVING WILL RESULT IN YOUR GROUPS REMOVAL FROM THE TRIP THEN AND THERE AND YOU WILL HAVE TO TRAVEL AND STAY BY YOURSELF AND YOU WILL NOT BE PART OF THIS TRIP ANYMORE AND WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY EXPENSE WHAT SO EVER.
- 5. In case of any breakdown or in delay due to the breakdown of the transport in the way, you would have to wait until the transport gets repaired.
- 6. We are not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program due to traffic, road construction, bad weather.
- 7. Full Payment of the trip cost must be made while boarding traveller. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the Cancellation of the trip without booking amount refund.
- 8. Seating in the traveller will be totally our call since we have to make sure couples get adjacent seat, failing to comply to our request will result on cancellation of trip of that person without any refund.

Payment Policy
- 1. 16 days or more from the date of departure : 50% of the tour cost to be paid.
- 2. 15 days from the date of departure: 100% of the tour cost to be paid.
- 3. Any flight bookings, shall be paid 100% in advance.
- 4. Payments by credit card will charge an extra handling fees (as charged by the payment gateways)-2.5% for Indian credit cards.
- 5. 4.5% for international credit cards-over the invoiced amount.
Cancellation Policy
- 1. No cancellations will be taken over the call or WhatsApp message. Please reply to the email of the payment receipt that you received at the time of booking regarding the cancellation.
- 2. Free Cancellation up to 60 days before the departure date (Booking amount is non-refundable).
- 3. If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 59 days to 45 days of the Departure Date then only 10% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and remaining sum would be refunded.
- 4. Cancellations policy differs for popular destinations and also during peak season, kindly confirm with your operator once. If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 15 Days to 8 Days of the Departure Date then only 75% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (non-refundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and the remaining sum would be refunded.
- 5. If you're canceling the trip and opting for a refund within 7 Days from the Departure Date then 100% of the total trip cost (calculated after subtracting the booking amount) along with the booking amount (nonrefundable) will be charged as a cancellation fee and the remaining sum would be refunded.
- 6. You are not applicable for a refund if you fail to show up on the day of departure under the given timeline that has been provided to you beforehand.
- 7. If a trek/trip has to be aborted midway due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.). In that case, no refund would be provided.
- 8. If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.) then the participants would be provided with a travel voucher for the same amount that can be used within 365 days of the issuance date for any package worth the same amount.
- 9. Viralyatra will not bear any extra expense due to any natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh, etc.)
Terms & Condtions
- 1. Vouchers are non-transferable and valid only for the services mentioned herein.
- 2. Any services not specifically requested, confirmed and noted on vouchers will not be rendered.
- 3. All extras are to be paid directly to the hotels/the service providers.
- 4. Please stick to itinerary, anything extra shall be chargeable (at the location itself.)
- 5. Any service unused is non-refundable.
- 6. The company shall not be liable for damages/charges incurred by travelers if any of the following reasons apply:
- 7. Natural disaster, war, civil unrest, and alteration or cancellation of tour itinerary due to such causes.
- 8. Accidents during transportation or accommodations, damage by fire.
- 9. Orders of either Indian governments or immigration regulations, isolation resulting from infectious diseases, and tour itinerary alteration or cancellation owing to such causes.
- 10. Accidents occurring during the travelers free activities.
