Viral Yatra retains the right to impose additional fees, such as convenience or service fees, on top of the booking fee levied by the service providers. Moreover, it reserves the right to alter any payment or to some of them at any time. If there are additional fee types, including costs for modifications other than this, we will inform the user about them before the booking is confirmed or payment is required.
When there is an undercharge in booking amount, taxes, statutory fee, convenience fee, etc., owing to a technical fault or for any other reason, Viral Yatra reserves the right to withhold, charge, or recover the remaining balance from the user. The remaining debt would then be your obligation to pay us, the user. In case there is an insufficient charge, and that too before the utilization of booking, Viral Yatra reserves the right to withdraw such reservations if the user has not been able to pay the balance on time. The user is responsible for paying any price increase caused by a change in tax rates, the execution of additional taxes, or other government levies. Such imposition of taxes and levies may be without prior notice and could also be retrospective but will always be as per applicable law.
If there is no confirmation of reservation due to any reason, you can ask for a refund by coming to the Viral Yatra Center. We are under no duty to provide an alternative booking in its place, to make up for the unconfirmed booking, or to offer compensation. We handle all future transactions as new ones. Any refunds we grant will be under the service provider’s stated policy.
The user is solely responsible for paying all fees, duties, taxes, and assessments incurred due to the use of the service, as permitted by applicable law.
The user understands and agrees that all payments at Viral Yatra will be in cash only. Our representatives, agents, or staff members will never ask a client to make a payment into a personal or company account.
The user agrees not to give our agents, employees, or representatives any of their personal or sensitive information, including his credit/debit card number, CVV, OTP, expiration date, user ids, or passwords.
By visiting our Viral Yatra center, you can retrieve the refund sum for any canceled tickets.
The applicable cancellation policy will apply to any reservations made by the user.
